1\New miner warranty ,the warranty depend on the different Original factory standard. normally :

Antminer : 12 months

other miner :3-6 months

Please check the product description carefully before PO.

2\If you ordered the second hand miner ,the warranty is 48 hours after you get the miner. so ,please test the miner as soon as you get the miner in 48hours .

As we know ,the miner is an investment product, the price rises and falls huge  transformed every day, in special circumstances, we do not accept unilateral return.

The solution:

If the miner was new product within the warranty period, it can be sent to the original manufacturer for repair.

If you have orded second miner which have used for more 48 hours . you can repair it at your local repair department or send it to us for paid repair
